Privacy Policy — Ramses Learning

The party responsible for data processing is Alexander Iskander (Ramses Studio), reachable through the in-app support (Profile → Support).

What data we process

Account: email address, password (stored only as a non-reversible hash), display name, chosen language, and learning style. The legal basis is the performance of the usage agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Learning data: your projects, study plans, answers, progress, points, and review items. Without this data the app cannot fulfil its purpose.

Usage data: timestamps of your AI requests. These are needed to enforce the usage limits of your tier and are automatically deleted after eight days.

Devices: a randomly generated identifier per installation, the device name, the platform, and the time of last use — so you can see where you are signed in and sign devices out. This identifier is generated locally and is not derived from hardware characteristics.

Payments: if you take out a subscription, Stripe processes your payment data. We ourselves do not see or store any card data — we only hold your Stripe customer number, your subscription status, and its renewal date.

Where your data goes

Supabase (database and authentication), servers in the EU.
OpenRouter and the AI providers connected through it: the text of your requests is transmitted to generate a response. Please don't send any data that's nobody else's business. Some of these providers are located outside the EU.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile and learning data are removed; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires (generally ten years).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can delete your account at any time directly in the app under Profile → Account & Security. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
